Works well for me
I’ve been using this product for over 10 years, through several reformulations. In my case, it helps me stay clear of chronic bronchial and respiratory conditions. For all my life I’d been plagued with chronic head colds, drippy noses, sinus infections, etc., to the point I had to keep an extra handkerchief and decongestant in my briefcase at all times. I started using this product just as a supplement, and within three weeks my stuffiness had cleared up and my bronchitis vanished. So long as I keep using it, I don’t suffer chronic sinus problems, and when I do get sick, the bouts pass more quickly (days instead of weeks). *This is only my experience – it may not affect everyone this way.* This is a nutritional supplement, not a medicine, but in my case it seems that my sinus and respiratory problems were connected with some nutrient I wasn’t getting, but get from this product. If I meet someone who suffers from these things, I recommend trying this. I sympathize with those who don’t find the taste appealing – the newer formulation is better, but I still drink it (quickly) in a glass of orange juice, and then wash it down with more. Note: don’t drink it on an empty stomach.
Great product
I purchased this liquid vitamin because the other reviews said it tasted better than most liquid vitamins. The reviews were right… I can drink this vitamin straight from the bottle without adding it to anything. It actually has a great fruity taste. It also is much easier to take this vitamin than pill form, which usually comes in a too-big pill to swallow comfortably, and always makes me gag.
I have been taking this for over two weeks, after having cold/flu symptoms for 3.5 months. In just over a week, my symptoms were greatly reduced, and now I only have a cough.
The only negative I find is that the mega-B vitamins are so high in strength that most is probably lost through urine very quickly, which also happens if you take it in pill form.

My wife and I have tried many liquid vitamins.We put it in a yogurt shake every morning and blend it with fruit. Many leave a foul taste, but this one was fine. I never drink them straigh and recommend the all to be added to juice. This is an excellent price and I am ordering more. The vitamin and nutrient content is good compared to other we have tried.
